Hang wire and cable coils, then push the whole rack away
A wire rack (also called a cable rack or cable storage rack) is a floor-standing metal tube frame: two uprights with a row of round hanging bars on the beam. Coils of wire, cable, network cable or hose hang on the bars. This model has 4 casters on the base, so the whole rack can be pushed to the production line, warehouse or job-site store without taking coils down from shelves each time. With the coils hanging in view, you can take the one you need without digging through cartons and reels.

How to choose
- Coil size and weight first: for thick, heavy coils, the load on the bars and uprights must be confirmed. Before ordering, tell us the cable type, the approximate weight per coil and how many coils you hang at once.
- Length: 120 cm takes less floor space and is easier to push in narrow aisles; 160 cm has more hanging bars and holds more coils, for many cable types and large quantities.
- Height and tiers: the 150 cm, 1–2 tier models can be reached standing; the 200 cm, 3–4 tier models hold more, but the top tier needs a stretch or a step — hang heavy coils on the lower tiers.
- Spacing is adjustable: widen the spacing for thick coils, add tiers for thin ones.
- Parking: if the rack must stay in place, tell us whether you need braked casters.
Applications
- Wire, cable and harness plants: sort coils by specification, then push them away for kitting or shipping
- Line-side spare areas: ribbon cables, power cords and network cables on one rack, pushed to the workstation for changeovers
- Server rooms and low-voltage project stores: network cables, power cables and hoses sorted and pushed to the job site
