Yamaha CL series feeders (complete feeder units) are among the most frequently purchased items in placement line management. This page lists CL feeder models in 8 tape widths from 8×2 mm to 72 mm. Unlike repair spare parts, complete feeders are bought for new line expansion, when a line is short of feeders, or for batch replacement when old feeders fail too often.
Standard 8 mm feeders come in two types: 8×2 mm (KW1-M1300-00X) for 0402 components, and 8×4 mm (KW1-M1200-00X), the standard 8 mm type. Very small 0201 components need the KW1-M1500-030 (green handle, often supplied with an extension reel holder). The 12 mm feeder (KW1-M2200-300) adjusts to 12×4 / 8 / 12 mm pitch, making it flexible for mixed production; for LEDs or large components, choose the KW1-M2200-313. Tape widths from 8 mm to 72 mm are covered: 16 mm (KW1-M3200-100), 24 mm (KW1-M4500-010), 32 mm (KW1-M5500-010), 44 mm (KW1-M6500-015 / KW1-M6500-000), 56 mm (KW1-M7500-000) and 72 mm (KW1-M8500-000).
When buying feeders, also check whether you need a large reel holder: 8×4 mm and 24 mm feeders have large reel holder versions for reels of 7 inches and above. We quote CL feeders in batches; send your list of widths and quantities.

Feeder selection guide
- Three 8 mm types: KW1-M1300-00X (8×2 mm) for 0402; KW1-M1200-00X (8×4 mm) for standard 8 mm; KW1-M1500-030 (green handle) for very small 0201 components.
- 12 mm pitch: KW1-M2200-300 adjusts to 12×4 / 8 / 12 mm for flexible mixed production; KW1-M2200-313 suits larger components such as LEDs.
- Two 44 mm versions: KW1-M6500-015 and KW1-M6500-000 are both 44 mm; check the version already on your machine before ordering to avoid an interface mismatch.
- Large reel holders: the 8×4 mm and 24 mm large reel holders take reels of 7 inches and above; check your line’s reel sizes before ordering.
