Machines: Yamaha YS / YSM / YG / YV series
Why it matters: this page is part six of our Yamaha placement machine parts series and covers feeder calibration tools and PCB support parts: feeder calibration steel strips, aluminum PCB support blocks and feeder rails. These three kinds of parts are basic tools for keeping an SMT line accurate, so we suggest restocking them regularly rather than buying after something fails.
Feeder calibration strips fit the YS12 and YS24 and come in nine sizes by tape width, from 8 mm (KHJ-MD301-00X) to 88 mm (KHJ-MD309-00X). Use them after installing a feeder or when you suspect feeding offset, to quickly check that the feeder opening and pitch are correct; we suggest keeping a set of every width in the toolbox. PCB support blocks come in many sizes by height (76, 66 or 64 mm) and length (20 to 500 mm) and fit YG12, YV100XG, YS12, YS24, YSM10, YSM20 and other machines; measure the height of your current blocks and the length you need before ordering.
Feeder rails come in four types by pitch: 4P (JJ-M371R-000), 8P (KG-M372R-00) and 12P (HY-M371R-00 / HY-M372R-00), for the YS12, YS24, YSM20 and YSM100. A worn rail makes feeders harder to insert or less stable in position, and it is an early cause of feeders dropping out after a big changeover. The solenoid valve filter pad (KYH-M0204-039) fits the YV100II and YV100XG; we suggest replacing it at PM to lower the risk of valves failing from dust clogging.

Buying notes
- Feeder calibration strips: KHJ-MD301 (8 mm) to MD309 (88 mm). Check the tape widths used on your line before ordering; we suggest keeping a set of every width in the toolbox.
- PCB support blocks come in many combinations of height (76 / 66 / 64 mm) and length (20–500 mm). Send us a list of the heights and lengths you need and we will quote the whole batch.
- Feeder air block KG2-M3407-A0X: the versions with and without a seal ring share one part number, so please state which version you need.
- Solenoid valve filter pad: a must-change consumable at YV100II / XG PM; we suggest keeping it on hand together with the calibration strips.
