Why it matters: the air cylinder system in a Yamaha placement machine drives the nozzle up-and-down motion and fixture positioning. The KV8-M71xx cylinder assemblies (cylinder body, piston and end cap) are key parts for consistent placement motion. A leaking cylinder or a worn piston often makes pick-and-place motion unstable, so we suggest checking and replacing them early to avoid component offset or line stoppage.
