Cylinder and air tube system: this fifth Yamaha CL feeder parts page focuses on the cylinder and air tube system, feeder tails (reel holders), one-way wheel locating hook guides and structural parts. The CL 8 mm feeder’s cylinder and air tube system is modular and has eight parts: pin (K87-M1184-00X), cylinder (KW1-M1185-00X), connector (K87-M1181-00X), tube fitting (KW1-M111L-00X), washer (K87-M111M-00X), air tube (KW1-M11B1-00X), circlip (K87-M11B9-00X) and screw (KW1-M11BL-00X). Numbers 13–20 follow the disassembly order; take it apart in order during repair and replace worn parts as a set.
Feeder tails and locating hook guides: feeder tails (reel holders) come in three versions: KW1-M11D0-200 (new reel holder), KW1-M111S-00X (standard) and K87-M111S-00X (old). They look similar but the mounting catches differ slightly, so compare with the old part or send a photo. One-way wheel locating hook guides come in two versions each for 8 mm (KW1-M11A1 / A3-00X), 12 mm (KW1-M22A1 / A3-00X) and 16 mm (KW1-M32A1 / A3-00X). A1 and A3 are for the two mounting sides of the same width, so replace them as a pair.
Side plate, fixing blocks and steel gear: the feeder side plate (KW1-M114L-00X) protects the CL 8 mm feeder body; when it breaks, dust gets in. The small reel wheel fixing steel blocks (KW1-M116D / 226D / 326D-00X) locate the reel wheel module; if one is lost, the reel wheel shifts sideways, an occasional cause of tape jams after changeover. The steel gear (K87-M1320-10X) is used on CL 8×2 mm feeders as the metal backbone of the drive; when its teeth wear and burr, the driven gear wears faster.

Selection notes
- Replace all 8 parts (No. 13–20) as a set: the cylinder system takes time to disassemble, so keeping one set as a PM spare is worth considering.
- Three feeder tail versions: KW1-M11D0-200 (new) / KW1-M111S-00X / K87-M111S-00X; send a photo of the old part and we will help confirm the version.
- Replace locating hook guides A1 / A3 as a pair: A1 and A3 of the same width cover the two mounting sides; replacing only one makes the guiding uneven.
- Fixing steel blocks (116D / 226D / 326D): small parts that keep the reel wheel in position sideways; take care not to lose them during disassembly.
