Independent dual-chamber stencil cleaner JHPBT-1000XSD

Two stencils, two separate chambers — no cross-contamination of wash and rinse.

Why two chambers

When two stencils share one wash tank, the rinse water gets dirty quickly, and the next stencil has to wait for the first. JHPBT-1000XSD builds wash, rinse and dry as two fully independent chambers, each with its own filtration, electric pump, spray arms and nozzles. Two stencils are controlled independently, wash and rinse fluids never mix, rinse water lasts longer and less solvent is used.

During cleaning the stencil moves up and down while 16 spray arms jet heated cleaning fluid at high pressure. Wash and rinse can run open- or closed-loop; rinse quality is monitored by a resistivity meter, and a barcode scanner and industrial PC make MES connection easy.

Process flow: load stencil by hand → stencil oscillates → pressurized spray wash with inline central filtration → wash fluid recovery → pressurized spray rinse with filtration → air-knife drying → unload by hand.

Applications

  • SMT stencils, copper mesh and glue screens: solder paste and red glue on surfaces and aperture walls
  • Glue printing fixtures and misprinted PCBs
  • Lines with many stencils, needing two at once, or barcode records and MES
