Supply type: for the same part number we may offer new parts (not through the brand’s authorized distributor in Taiwan), compatible parts or used parts removed from machines, depending on stock. Please tell us which you need.
The FUJI NXT H08 (8 nozzles) and H12 (12 nozzles) are mid-to-high-speed heads on the NXT platform: more nozzles than the H04, fewer than the H24, balancing speed and component size. The H08 and H12 use nozzles of the same specification, so a plant running both heads can keep one set of spares.
H08 / H12 head nozzles: full list (13 models)
| Bore | Standard | G type | Components |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.4 mm | 0.4 | — | 0201 micro chips |
| 0.7 mm | 0.7 | — | 0402 chips |
| 1.0 mm | 1.0 | — | 0603 chips |
| 1.3 mm | 1.3 | 1.3G | 0805 chips |
| 1.8 mm | 1.8 | 1.8G | 1206 components, small ICs |
| 2.5 mm | 2.5 | 2.5G | Medium components |
| 3.7 mm | 3.7 | 3.7G | Medium to large ICs |
| 5.0 mm | 5.0 | 5.0G | Large components |
G type models are marked “NXT nozzle x.xG”; the H08 and H12 heads share the same nozzle models.
When to use G type nozzles
G type nozzles have a larger tip face than the standard type, giving a wider contact area at the same bore. When the component top is large, or components tend to drop during high-speed placement because the contact area is too small, the G type picks more stably. Sizes from 1.8G upward are most often used for medium to large ICs and metal shield cans.
H08 vs H12 vs H24: the H24 suits ultra-high-speed placement of components 0402 and smaller; the H12 suits mid-to-high speed for 0402–0805; the H08 suits mid-speed precision for 0402–1206. Mixed BOMs usually pair H04 + H12 or H04 + H24 to use each head’s strengths.
Trademarks: FUJI, NXT, H08 and H12 are trademarks or model names of their owner, used here only to identify the machines and parts. JIAHON is not the authorized distributor of FUJI in Taiwan.
