Overview
Flux residue is a major factor in PCBA reliability. These mesh-belt inline cleaners connect directly after the soldering equipment. Nozzles are staggered left-right and top-bottom for even coverage, cleaning can run with water or chemistry, and the drying section leaves boards fully dry. JHPBT-450 suits medium cleanliness needs; JHPBT-600 is for high-reliability production such as aerospace and medical; JHPBT-500 and JHPBT-360 are shorter versions (5000 and 3600 mm) for limited floor space.

Common to all three: board width 50–600 mm, height 50–100 mm, thickness 0.1–4 mm, any length (with fixture); speed 0.1–1.5 m/min (0.3–0.4 m/min recommended); conveyor 600 mm wide, height 950 ± 50 mm, left-in right-out (viewed from the front window); exhaust Φ260 mm × 3, approx. 36 m³/min. Throughput = belt speed ÷ PCBA length × boards side by side × 60 min, adjusted for cleaning difficulty.
