Clean misprinted boards so they can be printed again instead of scrapped.
Overview
A PCB with misaligned or wrong solder paste print is scrapped if it cannot be wiped clean, but can be re-printed once cleaned. In JHPBT-800G the boards go into a basket; an air-driven pump pressurizes the fluid for high-pressure rotating spray, the fluid passes 3 central 0.45 µm filters and is recirculated, then the boards are blown dry and removed — the whole process is air-driven.
Cleaning area 560 × 610 × 160 mm, spray tank 60 L, wash and air-dry times adjustable 0–99 min, for small-batch, high-mix misprint cleaning. It also cleans rosin, water-soluble and no-clean flux residue from SMT and THT assemblies after soldering.
Process flow: load by hand → air-pump pressurized spray → 3-stage 0.45 µm filtration → wash → blow dry → unload by hand.
