For parts with many gaps that cannot take water.
How it works
Precision mechanical parts, micro-assembly modules and hybrid circuits have many crevices and do not tolerate water: water either does not dry out or causes rust. JHPBT-800 uses a non-flammable organic solvent (for example the HFE hydrofluoroether family). A robot arm places the loaded basket into the solvent tanks in turn; boiling solvent or ultrasonic cavitation cleans the parts. The basket then moves to the vapor zone, where vapor condenses on the parts and carries residue away, then to the cooling zone for freeze drying, and is unloaded.
Because the solvent evaporates quickly, the machine has double condensing, a lid and a distillation recovery tank to keep the solvent inside. Please talk to us about the solvent type and applicable regulations.
Process flow: robot places basket in solvent tanks → boiling solvent or ultrasonic cleaning → vapor zone condensation rinse → cooling zone freeze drying → unload.

Features
- Wide process window: works with various cleaning agents; good material compatibility; designed to avoid secondary oxidation of copper, silver or aluminum.
- Temperature control ±2 °C: for cleaning and cooling, with double protection and PID monitoring.
- Stainless tanks, valves and piping: resistant to strong acids and alkalis, heat and corrosion.
- Even insulation: stable temperature and energy saving.
- Solvent recovery: distillation tank and oil-water separator return solvent to the tanks.
Which one to choose
- Water-sensitive parts with crevices, solvent cleaning plus vapor drying: JHPBT-800.
- Water cleaning is enough: offline PCBA cleaner JHPBT-800P.
- Inline high-volume PCBA: JHPBT-450 / 600.
- Single-tank solvent ultrasonic: JHPBT-1050SR.
